Terms of Use and Service

The rules for using this website and for the services we deliver when you hire us. Written to be read, not to hide behind.

Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms apply to elevateendeavors.ai, operated by Elevate Endeavors, with offices in Coral Springs, Florida, United States, and Medellín, Colombia, and to the services Elevate Endeavors delivers to its clients.

Using this site

By using elevateendeavors.ai or engaging us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

Everything on this site, including the answers Ada gives, is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice, and it does not take your situation into account. Decisions about your business should rest on advice from qualified professionals who know it.

No engagement until we sign

Reading this site, writing to us, talking to Ada or holding a strategy session does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Work starts only when both parties sign a proposal or statement of work (“SOW”). That document and the service terms below are the agreement, and where they differ, the signed document wins. Scope, prices and dates are set only in writing.

Ada, our assistant

Ada is software. It can be wrong, it cannot make commitments on behalf of Elevate Endeavors, and nothing it says changes these terms or any agreement. A booking or a commitment is real only when you receive a confirmation from Cal.com or an email from us.

Our content

The text, design, images and the Elevate Endeavors name, symbol and logotype on this site belong to Elevate Endeavors or to those who licensed them to us. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own reference. Anything else, including copying, republishing or using the content to train AI models, needs our written permission. The detail is in the Copyright Policy.

Fair use of the site

Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; do not scrape it in bulk or use automated tools that disrupt it; do not send us malicious code; and do not use the forms or Ada to send spam, unlawful content or someone else’s personal information without their permission.

Third-party services

Some things on this site are provided by others, such as booking on Cal.com. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

When you hire us

From here to Termination, these terms govern the services we deliver. Engagements are contracted with Elevate Endeavors LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 7401 Wiles Rd, Suite 126, Coral Springs, FL 33067, United States, which operates as Elevate Endeavors (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or company that contracts our services.

  • Scope. AI strategy, consulting, intelligent automation, custom software, integration, growth and UX/UI services. Each engagement is described in a SOW that sets deliverables, timeline, fees and assumptions.
  • Changes. Work outside the SOW is agreed in writing before it starts and priced separately. Either side may propose a change; nothing changes until both confirm it.
  • How we work. We may use subcontractors under our supervision and our own tools, including AI systems, to deliver the work. We stay responsible for the result.
  • Your part. Timely access to the people, information, systems and decisions the work needs. Delays on your side move the timeline; they do not reduce the fee.

Fees and payment

We invoice through Stripe, in US dollars. This site takes no payments.

  • Invoices. Issued as the SOW states: on signature, on milestones, monthly, or in advance for recurring services. Each invoice arrives by email with a secure Stripe link that accepts card, ACH and bank transfer.
  • Due date. The date printed on the invoice. If none is printed, fifteen days after the invoice date.
  • Late payment. After written notice, we may pause work and withhold deliverables until the account is current. Time lost this way extends the timeline.
  • Taxes. Fees exclude sales, use, VAT or similar taxes, which are added when they apply. Each side is responsible for its own income taxes.
  • Your statement. Charges appear as ELEVATE ENDEAVORS or ELEVATE.
  • Disputed charges. Tell us within thirty days of the invoice date and we resolve it together. Please contact us before contacting your bank; it is faster for both of us.

Refunds and cancellations

  • Before work starts. Cancel for any reason and any prepaid amount is refunded in full.
  • Work in progress. Cancel in writing at any time. You pay for work delivered and time spent to that date, and the rest of any prepayment is refunded.
  • Delivered work. Delivered work and completed milestones are not refundable. If something is not right, tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we fix it at no charge.
  • Recurring services. Cancel any time with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. There are no partial-period refunds.
  • Mistakes. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.

Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe within five to ten business days. The same rules, and how to ask, are on our customer support page.

Who owns the work

You own what you paid for. We keep what we brought.

  • Deliverables. On full payment of the fees for an engagement, you own the deliverables created specifically for you under that SOW: reports, designs, code written for you, configurations and documentation.
  • Our tools. We keep ownership of anything we created before or outside your engagement, including frameworks, libraries, templates, prompts, methods and know-how. Where a deliverable includes them, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them as part of that deliverable.
  • Third-party components. Open-source software and third-party services inside a deliverable remain under their own licenses, which we identify for you.
  • Your materials. You keep ownership of everything you give us, and you grant us the right to use it only to deliver the engagement.
  • Portfolio. We may name you as a client and describe the work in general terms, unless you tell us not to. Confidential details are never used.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential, uses it only for the engagement, and shares it only with people who need it and are bound to the same duty. This survives the end of the engagement for three years, and for trade secrets for as long as they remain secret. It does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. We do not handle protected health information: for medical and dental practices, patient data stays in the practice’s own systems.

AI systems we build

Useful, and fallible. You decide what they are allowed to decide.

  • Outputs may be wrong. AI systems, including those we build, can produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased results. Review outputs before relying on them for decisions that matter.
  • Boundaries are written down. Every agent we deploy has a written scope: what it may answer, what it must escalate to a person, and how it is switched off.
  • Third-party models. AI features run on model providers named in your SOW, under their business terms. Their availability and pricing are outside our control; we tell you when they change.
  • No training on your data. We do not use your data to train models.

Warranties

We warrant that services are performed with the skill and care of a competent professional, and that deliverables match their SOW description at delivery. If they do not, tell us within fourteen days and we fix it at no charge; that is your remedy for a warranty claim.

Beyond that, this site, the services and the deliverables are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site or the deliverables will work without interruptions or errors, that the work will produce any particular revenue, savings or outcome, or that it will fit purposes not described in the SOW. Business results depend on how the work is used, which is in your hands.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, however caused, including damages arising from your use of this site.

Each side’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to a breach of confidentiality, to either side’s indemnity obligations, to payment of fees owed, or to fraud or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from the materials, data or instructions you give us, or from your use of deliverables in ways the SOW did not contemplate. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that a deliverable, as delivered by us and used as intended, infringes that party’s intellectual property, and we may fix, replace or refund the affected deliverable to resolve such a claim.

Termination

Fifteen days’ written notice ends an engagement; refunds and payment for work to date follow Refunds and cancellations. Either side may end immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and does not cure within fifteen days of notice. On termination you pay for work delivered, we hand over completed deliverables that are paid for, and each side returns or deletes the other’s confidential information. Ownership, confidentiality, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we talk first: either side may ask for a meeting and both negotiate in good faith for thirty days. What is not resolved that way, about this site or an engagement, belongs to the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and each side consents to their jurisdiction.

General

  • Force majeure. Neither side is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, provided it tells the other promptly and works to recover.
  • Entire agreement. These terms and the applicable SOW are the whole agreement. The SOW prevails where they conflict. Changes must be in writing.
  • Assignment. Neither side assigns the agreement without the other’s consent, except to a successor of its business.
  • Severability. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands.

English and Spanish

These terms are published in English and in Spanish with the same content. If the two versions ever differ, the English version governs.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Engagements already under way keep the terms in force when they were signed.
