Privacy Policy

What this site collects, what we handle when you hire us, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do. Written against what we actually do.

Last updated October 14, 2026. This policy covers elevateendeavors.ai, operated by Elevate Endeavors, with offices in Coral Springs, Florida, United States, and Medellín, Colombia, and the information we handle when you become a client or pay us. It does not cover the websites we link to, product sites with their own notice, or the systems we build for clients, which follow each client’s own policies.

The short version

We collect what you choose to send us: a booking on Cal.com, an email or a call. We use it to answer you and to prepare the conversation. The site measures visits with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only if you allow it, has no advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information. One small setting stays in your browser: your cookie choice. If you hire us, we use what the work needs to deliver it and invoice it; payments go through Stripe, and we never see your card or bank details.

What we collect, and when

  • Booking on Cal.com. The booking buttons take you to our booking page, where the Cal.com calendar loads inside the page as soon as the page opens. On the home page, the calendar loads inside the page only when you tap the button. Both also offer a link that opens Cal.com in a new tab. The booking carries a short note about where you booked from, the language of the page and, if you gave them to Ada, your name and email, so you do not type them twice. Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy policy and sends us the booking details.
  • Ada, our assistant. Ada is software. Today it answers from a fixed script that runs in your browser, and what you type is not sent to us or to anyone else; the only thing that leaves is what you choose to carry into the booking link. Please do not type sensitive information into Ada, such as health, financial or government identification details.
  • Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you write, call or message us, we have what you send and the address or number you use. WhatsApp messages travel through Meta’s infrastructure under WhatsApp’s own terms.
  • When you become a client. Contact details of the people we work with, the documents, data and system access you share so we can deliver the engagement, and the record of our communications and decisions.
  • When you pay us. Invoices are paid through Stripe, not on this site. We keep your billing name, address and email, your invoice history and the payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our systems.
  • Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and working, and we delete it after a short period.

What we do not collect

We do not track you across other sites, build advertising profiles or buy lists. Only with your permission, this site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used; there are no advertising pixels. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. This site takes no payments, and card and bank details go straight to Stripe, so we never see or store them. We do not ask for a date of birth, a home address or health information.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare and hold a strategy session, write a proposal you asked for and keep a record of our business conversations.

If you become a client, to deliver the engagement you contracted; to invoice and collect payment, issue receipts and handle refunds or disputes; to keep our systems and yours secure; and to meet the tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations of a United States company. The agreement we sign governs the information in that engagement, and we do not use client data to train AI models.

We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask. If we ever send you marketing email, it will say who it is from, include our postal address and have an unsubscribe link that works. We only call or text you about your request, at the number you gave us, and never with automated or prerecorded marketing calls.

Cookies and similar technologies

Some of what this site keeps in your browser is strictly necessary and some is optional. Nothing optional runs until you say yes.

NamePurposeTypeDuration
ee-consentRemembers your cookie choiceLocal storage, strictly necessaryUntil you clear it or the categories in this policy change
_ga, _ga_*Google Analytics: counts visits and tells one visit from anotherCookie, analytics, optionalUp to 2 years
_clck, _clskMicrosoft Clarity: groups the pages of one visit and shows how pages are usedCookie, analytics, optionalUp to 1 year and 1 day

Analytics stays off until you turn it on in the cookie notice or in Cookie preferences, and until then the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity code is not loaded at all. If you turn it on, Google Analytics measures which pages are visited and where visits come from, and Microsoft Clarity records how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can find what is hard to use. Google and Microsoft process that data under their own terms. You can turn analytics off at any time in Cookie preferences. There are no advertising tools on this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read it as a no and analytics starts switched off.

The site loads its typefaces and its code from our own server. Unless you allow analytics, opening a page does not contact any third-party service, with two exceptions you can see coming: the booking page loads the Cal.com calendar when it opens, and on the home page the calendar loads when you tap to choose a time. Cal.com may set its own cookies inside the calendar, under its own policy.

Your privacy choices

We do not sell or share personal information, in the sense California law gives those words, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. That is why this site has no opt-out form: there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals anyway. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens, and the way to opt out will be here.

Who else sees it

Only the people at Elevate Endeavors who work on your request, and the service providers that run parts of this site on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, Cal.com for booking and, only if you allow analytics, Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). For clients, also Stripe for invoicing, payments and receipts (Stripe’s privacy policy applies to what you enter there) and, when an engagement involves AI systems, the model provider named in your statement of work, which processes the data you authorize under its business terms. They process information to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If Elevate Endeavors is ever sold or merged, this information would transfer under this policy.

Elevate Endeavors has offices in the United States and Colombia. The people who work on your request may access it from either country.

Medical and dental practices

We do not create, receive, store or transmit protected health information. When we work with a medical or dental practice, patient forms, appointments and portals stay in the practice’s own tools, never in our systems. This site collects no health information: please do not put medical details into an email or into Ada.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not become work. Deleted within twelve months of the last message.
  • Client project data. Kept for the engagement and returned or deleted within ninety days of its end, unless your statement of work says otherwise.
  • Billing records. Seven years, as United States tax and accounting rules require.
  • Conversations with Ada. Only as long as needed to answer and follow up.
  • Server logs. A short period.
  • Analytics, if you allow it. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity keep usage data for the retention period set in each tool.

What we no longer need is deleted.

What you can ask us to do

Write to hello@elevateendeavors.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You do not need a reason and you do not need to cite a law. You can also ask for a copy of what you gave us in a common format, or ask us to stop contacting you. A person reads every request: we acknowledge it within one business day and complete it within thirty days. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we keep what the law requires us to keep.

Children

This site is meant for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, write to us and we delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to what you send is limited to the people who need it. No system can promise that it cannot be breached. If a security incident ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and, if the change touches cookies, the cookie notice asks you again. A new version does not apply backwards to choices you already made.
