Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to read this site, book a conversation and talk to us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Accessibility is part of how we build the site, not a later fix. We have not had an independent audit yet; what we check ourselves is below.
What is built in
- Text and interface colors meet the AA contrast minimums, and we measure them instead of estimating. For example, the white labels on our coral buttons are bold and at least 19 pixels, which counts as large text, and have a contrast ratio of 3.28 to 1, above the 3 to 1 minimum for large text.
- Everything works with a keyboard, and the focus is always visible.
- The whole site is available in English and in Spanish, with the same content in both.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the opening film and the animations stop and the page shows still images and content.
- The film and the 3D images are decorative: what they convey is also in the text.
- The fields in Ada have labels and plain-language error messages.
- The Ada and cookie preference panels keep focus inside while open, close with the Escape key and return focus to where it was.
- Headings and page regions are structured for screen readers.
How we check
With automated axe-core tests on every page, at phone and desktop widths and in both languages, with the Ada and cookie panels open, plus a manual keyboard review. Last review: October 14, 2026. 105 views: every page in English and Spanish at desktop and phone width, plus the menus, Ada and the cookie notice open, with no automated failures.
Known limitations
- Booking happens on Cal.com, a third-party service with its own accessibility. If it gives you trouble, write or call and we will book the session for you.
- Without JavaScript, the opening film is replaced by a still image; everything else, including booking, still works.
- Automated tests do not find every problem. That is why your feedback matters.
